Valentine’s Five O’Clocktails!

With Jim from Hope & Olive and Magpie Woodfired Pizzeria, Greenfield.

“This Guy’s In Love With You”

In a glass, muddle 1 Tablespoon radish, chopped small
Mix with 2 oz. gin that’s had a green tea teabag soaked in it for a couple of minutes
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. Canton Ginger liqueur
Shake together over ice, strain into Martini glass rimmed with sugar and powdered candied ginger. Serve up, and garnish with a thin slice of heart-shaped radish.
Ah, love! Happy St. Valentine’s Day.
