Cut up 2 strawberries and muddle in pint glass
Add ice
Add:
1 1/2 oz Cocchi
1 oz dry French Vermouth
Top with seltzer
Garnish with strawberry slice and sprig of mint.

Ahhhh!  The taste of summer!
