Shalleus Irish Coffee
Into a pre-warmed 9 oz rocks glass, add:
1 packet or teaspoon of turbinado sugar (Sugar In The Raw, etc.)
2 oz Jamesons Irish Whiskey
fill with hot, strong coffee, leaving a little room for cream
Shake some heavy cream mid-way toward being whipped cream (Chantilly Cream) – pour it on top in a layer.
Drink! Ahhhh.
