“Mixed Feelings”

Muddle 1 slice of orange peel with 1/2 oz honey syrup in a glass.
Add 2 oz. Lairds Applejack Whiskey
2 generous shakes of Barkeep Fennel Bitters
Stir
Add ice
Stir again
Strain into cocktail glass, garnish with fennel.  Enjoy!
