“Honey Thyme Old-Fashioned”
Muddle orange peel and 1/4 oz honey syrup
Add:
2 oz. Angostura 5 year aged rum
dash Angostura bitters
1 spoon thyme tincture (thyme in grain alcohol)
Stir
Add ice, stir again
Garnish with thyme.
