Five O’Clocktails: “Emerson Plum Shrub”

Emerson Plum Shrub

Mix in a glass:

2 oz Four Roses Bourbon
1/2 Alameda Oloroso Sherry
3/4 oz plum shrub (syrup of reduced plums, sugar, cider vinegar)
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake, pour over ice in rocks glass.
Garnish with slice of plum.
Give thanks!
