“Cucumber Mojito”
Muddle mint and cucumber chunks plus a spoon of agave nectar in a pint glass.
Fill pint glass with ice.
Add:
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz. cucumber rum
Shake, top up the ice, and garnish with cuke slice and some mint.
Float 1/2 oz goslings dark rum on top.
Ah!
