1/2 oz honey syrup
1 oz Elderflower Liquer
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice) (1 lemon)
2 generous dashes Peychauds Bitters
lemon peel for garnish
Shake with ice, strain into double rocks glass over ice, garnish with lemon peel. Ahhhhhh.
