“The Bitter Pill”
Separate an egg white into a pint glass. Add:
1 1/2 oz. Goslings Dark Rum
1/2 oz. each: Frenette Branca
fresh lime juice
simple syrup
Dry shake all ingredients – no ice.
Then add ice, vigorously shake, strain into a rocks glass, serve with a lime garnish. Happy Spring!
