“O, My Darlin’ Clementine”
1 spoon clementine marmalade
juice of 1 clementine
1/2 oz. fresh lemon
1/2 oz. Lillet wine
2 oz. bourbon
drop of Absinthe
Shake all ingredients EXCEPT Absinthe in shaker without ice until broken up, then add ice and shake again. Rinse a coupe glass with a drop or two of absinthe, then strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with a slice of clementine, and Happy New Year!
