“Cranberry Sauce”
1 large spoon of good quality cranberry sauce
1 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (half to whole lemon squeezed)
a little simple syrup to taste
dash of Angostura bitters
Shake, pour over ice into a 12 oz rocks glass
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with a couple of fresh cranberries or lemon peel
