Wendell has a new Selectboard member after Marina Apostol won Tuesday’s special election. She defeated Chris Kranz 152 votes to 111 and will serve the remaining two years of Adam Feltman’s term following his resignation. Apostol says she plans to be sworn in Saturday and wants to spend her first weeks listening and learning the job. Her first Selectboard meeting is expected September 9th.
