South Hadley voters are expected to get the final say next spring on a proposed new Mosier Elementary School. The $114.8 million project is now moving into schematic design, where officials will finalize the price, traffic plans and other details. The new school would serve grades one through five, with the state expected to reimburse roughly 40 to 50 percent of the cost.
