Early voting is underway across Hampshire County and southern Franklin County ahead of the September first state primary. Democrats will choose between Senator Ed Markey and Congressman Seth Moulton for U.S. Senate, while Republicans have a contested governor’s race. Several local contests are also on the ballot, including Governor’s Council District Eight and some congressional and legislative races.
