It’s a first-in-the-nation hotline to offer a listening ear to someone who fears they or someone they know may be on the cusp of committing an act of domestic violence. And it was created right here in the Valley. Monica Moran from the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission tells us how the 10 to 10 Helpline works.
