In another edition of the semi-regular feature Nef & Monte Eat Holyoke, Monte joins Chef Neftalí Duran, Holyoke Mayor Joshua Garcia, Holyoke historian Maria Salgado-Cartagena, Chef Michaelangelo Wescott, the River’s own Kaliis Smith, and UMass PhD student in hospitality, Matt Coyne, to eat family style-one last time-before the family closes down this Holyoke institution.
