Dino’s Pizza & Indian? Nef & Monte Eat Holyoke

The semi-regular feature where Chef Neftalí Duran from Holyoke takes Monte and an entourage into what Nef believes is the culinary capitol of The Valley-Holyoke, MA. And this time we are at Dino’s Pizza. Which also happens to have an Indian menu. So Monte asked his favorite Indian, renowned Marxist intellectual, Vijay Prashad to come along. Also entering the fray: Chefs Michaelangelo Wescott and David Greeman. And The River’s own resident foodie, Kaliis Smith. And they meet chef owner Gurninder Dhaliwal and talk about his Punjabi/Sikh history. How is Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza?
