It’s on display this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at THE H I V E in the former World Eye space on Main Street in Greenfield. THE HIVE is transformed through artifacts of the artist’s life and their reflection upon events that have pulled them to live and create in Western Massachusetts.
Monte WISHES he discussed with Katherine these elements of the installation
“how I acted in a scene with Sir Patrick Stewart
my exorcism in Salt Lake City, UT
how I almost got abducted at the Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem
my ongoing fued with Leonardo DiCaprio
the time I was propositioned by the Wu Tang Clan
performing onstage in a ballet accompanied by Jesse Cook
earning a black belt in Karate”
