Help Flooded Farms with CISA!

It has been a very tough growing season for our local farms across the region. CISA, Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture, has created a support page for those who want to help support farms and growers impacted by the late spring frosts and this summer’s torrential flooding, among other challenges.

Several local farms have created their own fundraisers that are linked through CISA’s site, and you can also donate to CISA’s Emergency Farm Fund, which provides no-interest loans to local farms in the wake of extreme weather events.

Please visit CISA’s Help Flooded Farms page and give what you can to keep our local agricultural community strong!
