The Book Bus returns to Northampton Radio Group parking lot April 9th!
15 Hampton Ave., Northampton MA 10am-noon

Clean out your bookshelves and mark your calendar – Saturday, April 9th from 10am to noon is the Book Bus! We’re collecting used and new children’s books for Reader to Reader, the Amherst-based nonprofit that helps increase literacy by getting books to underfunded schools, libraries in low-income communities and Native American reservations. We’ve gathered THOUSANDS of books for them over the last few years – let’s keep going! This year’s books are going to local kids in Springfield.

Bring a book, a bag of books, bring a whole library – we want as many books as we can get! New, used, all are welcome. Just bring them in a grocery bag or box that you don’t want back, please, so we can easily load and unload them.

The Book Bus is located in River’s parking lot, 15 Hampton Ave., downtown Northampton. Hours are 10am-noon.

Can’t make it to the Book Bus? Drop off books here between now and Thursday, 4/7:
