Chamomile Scotch Sour
1 egg white
2 oz. chamomile infused scotch (Dewars)
3/4 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. lemon juice
several drops Angostura bitters
Put all ingredients in shake and dry shake (no ice) vigorously. Then add ice to shaker and shake vigorously again. Pour into rocks glass and add a couple of drops of angostura bitters.
