“Peaches Against the Pipeline”
Pour into a shaker over ice:
2 oz bourbon
2 oz fresh peach puree (with ginger and sugar)
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Put chunks of fresh peach into the bottom of a double rocks glass, pour in the drink, add ice, garnish with mint.
