I rarely introduce myself as ‘Scooter,’ but it’s fine if that’s what you want to call me.I’d always just been ‘Scott’ until something like my third week working at The River.Where the name came from isn’t all that important, but it certainly did stick.When someone calls me ‘Scooter,’ I know that I somehow know them from The River, or I’m getting teased by my friends.
I do a lot of work on the website, The River Store, station events, and I’m responsible for the sound of most of the commercials that you hear on The River, and I'm on-the-air on Saturday nights.
I’m a huge fan and supporter of all the local music in The Valley.I’m also a huge fan and supporter of The Valley in general!When I’m not working behind the scenes at The River, you can typically find me out watching music, riding my bike all over the place, looking for something good to grill for dinner, or maybe trying to find some new swimming’ holes.
