Singer Demi Lovato has inked a multi-book deal and will be opening up about her struggles with addiction in a new memoir.

At just 21 years old, the “Heart Attack” hitmaker has already battled drug addiction, depression and gone to rehab for her troubles, and now she’s ready to share the details in her own words.

Lovato signed the new deal with publishing company Feiwel and Friends, and her first publication is entitled Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year, which features a collection of her inspirational posts from Twitter.com.

In a video posted on the microblogging site, she announced, “One of the things that has helped me in my recovery is taking every day, one day at a time. I’m a firm believer of starting out the day right with an inspirational quote and sort of a morning meditation, so I’ve put together 365 of my favorite quotes. It’s something that I’m excited about
and I hope it inspires you to stay strong.”

Staying Strong hits stores in November, and Lovato’s next book will be a memoir to delve deeper in her past struggles.

The singer spent months in rehab in 2010 and 2011 following a breakdown on tour in South America.
