(Springfield, MA) — Catholics in Western Massachusetts have a new bishop. Mitchell Rozanski was installed Tuesday at St. Michael’s in Springfield before he greeted well-wishers at the Big E. Rozanski comes to Springfield from Baltimore. He said one of his goals is to make Catholic education more affordable for middle-class families.
