(Holyoke, MA) — Holyoke continues to be number one in the state for its teen pregnancy rate. New statistics show the Paper City with 57 births per every thousand teenage girls. That’s a significant drop from 2010, when the rate peaked at 83. Mayor Alex Morse says the decline in teen pregnancies is encouraging news.
