Amherst Drug Raid Nets Drugs, Two Arrests

(Amherst, MA) – A large cache of drugs were confiscated in a raid earlier this week which resulted in the arrest of a pair of Amherst men. Amherst and UMass police along with members of the Northwestern DA’s anti-crime task force raided an apartment at 513 Main Street and arrested Greg Carrette and Christopher Hart, both 21, on a variety of drug and drug trafficking charges. The list of drugs found in the apartment included marijuana and marijuana wax, LSD, Adderal, and hallucinogenic mushrooms. A variety of drug packing materials and a large amount of cash were discovered during the search.
